Lower Sliding Door Roller: Service and Repair
Removal

REMOVAL

1. Open sliding door.
2. Mark outline of roller arm (2) on sliding door (1) to aid installation.
3. Remove sliding door sill plate.See: Interior Moulding / Trim/Scuff Plate/Service and Repair/Sliding Door Sill Scuff Plate - Removal
4. Remove the hold open latch.See: Sliding Door Hold-Open Latch/Service and Repair/Latch-Hold Open/Removal.
5. Support sliding door on a suitable lifting device with a padded upper surface. The door must be moveable with lifting device in place.
6. Remove hold open latch striker.See: Sliding Door Striker/Service and Repair/Removal.
7. Remove bolts (3) attaching lower roller arm to sliding door.
8. Remove roller arm from vehicle.
