Removal

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect and isolate the battery negative cable.
2. Remove the door trim panel.See: Sliding Door Interior Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Sliding Door Trim Panel/Removal.
3. Remove module access hole grommet.
4. Remove the front latch mounting fasteners (3).
5. Remove the front latch (2) through the door module assembly access hole.

6. Disconnect the front latch cable.
7. Remove the latch from the vehicle.

Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Connect the front latch cable (2).
2. Install the front latch (1) through the door module assembly access hole.
