4. Remove the front bumper fascia (1).See: Body and Frame/Bumper/Front Bumper/Front Bumper Cover / Fascia/Service and Repair/Front Fascia -

Removal

5. Disconnect the air temp sensor electrical connector (2).
6. Remove the air temp sensor mounting bolt (3).
7. Remove all the push pins securing the lower plastic grille (1) to the bumper and support frame.
8. Remove the lower plastic grille (1) from the bumper reinforcement.

9. Remove clamp attaching return hose (5) from gear at return hose (2) to cooler. Separate hoses.
