Does the fuel vapor recirculation tube show signs that it has been kinked? (Fig. 2)

a.

Yes >>> Perform the Repair Procedure.

b.

No >>> Further diagnosis is required, this bulletin does not apply.

PARTS REQUIRED:

SPECIAL TOOLS/EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

1.

Replace the fuel vapor recirculation tube. Proper routing of tube is shown in (Fig 2).

2.

Raise fuel tank into place and secure tank mounting straps/bolts. Torque to 55 N.m (40.5 ft. lbs.).

POLICY:
Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
