NOTE:

This notification applies only to the above vehicles equipped with heated front seats (sales code CMA).

IMPORTANT:

Some of the involved vehicles may be in dealer used vehicle inventory. Dealers should complete this repair on these vehicles before retail delivery.
Dealers should also perform this repair on vehicles in for service. Involved vehicles can be determined by using the VIP inquiry process.

Subject

The front seat electric heater elements on about 110,000 of the above vehicles may fatigue and cause localized overheating and/or discoloration of the
seat cover surface.

Repair

Both front seat heater elements, seat modules and related wiring must be replaced.
