The extension that was added to your vehicle's tire jack when the MOPAR running boards were installed may allow the vehicle to fall off of the jack.
This could result in injury to the person using the jack.
What Chrysler and your dealer will do...
Chrysler will repair your minivan free of charge (parts and labor). To do this, your dealer will remove the jack extension and replace it with a pilot pin.
In addition, the jacking pads on certain vehicles will be replaced. The work will take about 1/2 hour to complete. However, additional time may be
necessary depending on how dealer appointments are scheduled and processed.
What you must do to ensure your safety...
Simply contact your dealer right away to schedule a service appointment. Ask the dealer to hold the parts for your vehicle or to order them before your
appointment.

What you must do to ensure your safety...
Inspect the jack in your minivan (or ask your dealer to inspect it) to see if it has the defective jack extension shown.
What Chrysler and your dealer will do...
If your minivan has the defective jack extension, Chrysler will repair the minivan free of charge (parts and labor). To do this, your dealer will remove the
jack extension and replace it with a pilot pin. In addition, the jacking pads on certain vehicles will be replaced.
