Remove the lumbar adjustment lever (if equipped).

4.

Remove both seat cushion side covers.

5.

Remove both nuts attaching recliner to seat back frame (Fig. 4).

6.

Remove both pivot bolts and remove seat back from recliner.

7.

Disconnect heated seat connectors.

8.

Place the new seat back into position and connect heated seat connectors.

9.

Install both pivot bolts attaching seat back frame to seat. Tighten bolts to 54 Nm (40 ft. lbs.).

10.

Install both nuts attaching recliner to the seat back frame and tighten to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).

11.

Install both seat cushion side covers and tighten screws to Nm (9 in. lbs.).

12.

Install lumber adjustment lever (if equipped).

13.

Install the armrest and attaching bolts and tighten to 29 Nm (21 ft. lbs.).

14.

Install the headrest.

15.

Connect negative battery cable.
