Lock Cylinder Housing Replacement
LOCK CYLINDER HOUSING
REMOVAL
1. Disconnect negative (ground) cable from the battery and isolate cable from battery terminal.
2. Remove the screws attaching the lower steering column cover to the instrument panel (Fig. 17), then remove the cover from the lower instrument
panel.
3. Remove the parking brake release cable from the parking brake release lever (Fig. 18), then move the lower steering column cover out of the way.
