1. Install the seat belt retractor with the screw.
Tighten
Tighten the seat belt retractor screw to 38 N.m (28 lb-ft).
2. Install the seat belt bracket with the screws.
Tighten
Tighten the seat belt bracket screws to 10 N.m (89 lb-in).
