6. Align the flat side of the strut mount with the ABS sensor line bracket on the strut dampener so that the two are parallel to each other.
Tighten the damper rod-to-strut mount nut to 80 Nm (59 ft. lbs.).
7. Release the spring.
8. Remove the strut assembly from the spring compressor and install the strut assembly into the vehicle.
