Transmission Speed Sensor: Service and Repair
Input Shaft Speed (ISS) Sensor
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the transaxle left bracket.
2. Disconnect the input shaft speed (ISS) sensor electrical connector.
3. Using the appropriate Form fastener tool, remove the ISS sensor retaining bolt, then grasp the body of the ISS sensor and remove it from the
transaxle.
Installation Procedure
Notice: Lubricate the O-ring with TOTAL FLUID HX.
1. Install a new O-ring on the ISS sensor.
