Shift Cable: Service and Repair
Removal Procedure
1. Remove the battery and the battery tray.
2. Remove the retaining clip on the Park/Neutral Position (PNP) switch.
3. Remove the clip on the transaxle case bracket.
4. Remove the shift control cable from the transaxle case bracket.
5. Remove the trim panel from the floor console.
6. Loosen the pinch bolt on the shift control lever.
