5. Install a new O-ring high pressure pipe mounting block fitting.
6. Install the high pressure pipe to the receiver-dryer connecting block nut.

Tighten
Tighten the high pressure pipe-to-receiver-dryer connecting block nut to 10 N.m (89 lb-in).

7. Install a new O-ring onto the discharge hose mounting block fitting.
8. Install the discharge hose mounting block nut.

Tighten
Tighten the discharge hose mounting block-to-condenser nut to 16 N.m (12 lb-ft).

9. Install the radiator. Refer to Engine Cooling.

10. Connect the negative battery cable.
11. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system.
