Installation Procedure
1. Install the wheel cylinder to the backing plate with the wheel cylinder bolt.
Tighten the wheel cylinder-to-backing plate bolt to 8 Nm (71 inch lbs.).
2. Connect the brake line fitting to the wheel cylinder.
Tighten the brake line fitting to 16 Nm (12 ft. lbs.).
3. Install the shoe and lining, and the brake drum.
4. Bleed the brakes.
