Brake Lamp: Service and Repair
Rear Combination Lamps (Typical)
Removal Procedure
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable
2. Remove the screws and the lamp assembly.
3. Remove the bulb(s).
Installation Procedure
1. Install the bulb(s).
NOTE: Dissimilar metals in direct contact with each other may corrode rapidly. Make sure to use the correct fasteners to prevent premature
corrosion.
2. Install the lamp assembly with the screws.
Tighten
Tighten the rear combination lamp assembly screws to 4 N.m (35 lb-in).
3. Connect the negative battery cable
