Removal Procedure
1. Remove the mounting screws from the steering column lower cover. It is not necessary to remove the steering wheel because access to the screws
is possible by turning the steering wheel.
2. Remove the mounting screws from the underside of the steering column lower cover.
3. Remove the steering column upper and lower covers.
