1.
Inspect and replace worn and damaged parts and apply silicon grease, Fig. 11.
2.
Install poppet valve in air valve spring retainer, then install them in booster valve subassembly with rod, Fig. 12.
3.
Install control valve spring, valve spring, control valve spring retainer, element and E-ring.
4.
Install booster valve subassembly with rod and piston return spring retainer in valve body.
5.
Install element, adjusting nut and nut into place.

6.
Install diaphragm, valve body, air valve seal reaction disc and booster piston rod, Fig. 13.
7.
Temporarily install the set cover on booster plate as follows:
a. Assemble the set cover by pinching joint section of booster plate with claw section of set cover using pliers.

b. Slide claw section of set cover using a screwdriver until it stops sliding, Fig. 14.
8.
Install piston seal, valve ring and booster pushrod seal retainer in booster housing.
9.
Assemble booster housing and booster plate.
10.
Install booster body into booster housing retainer No. 09753-87701-000 bottom section, then install spring retainer and booster piston return
spring into booster body.
11.
Install booster housing onto booster body and install booster housing retainer No. 09753-87701-000 top onto booster housing. Ensure retainer nuts
are secured evenly and with moderate pressure.
12.
Turn the retainer screw counterclockwise until mating marks are aligned.
13.
Remove assembly from retainer, then install pushrod seal into booster.
14.
Adjust booster pushrod.
