Connect positive terminal 1, Fig. 3, to positive terminal of battery.
2.
Connect battery ground to wiper motor body.
3.
Wiper should operate at slow speed.
High Speed Operation Check

Connect battery ground to wiper motor body.
3.
Wiper should operate at high speed.
