Fuel Gauge Sender: Description and Operation
CIRCUIT OPERATION
When the ignition switch is in the START or RUN position, it connects circuit A1 from fuse 3 in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) to A21
circuit. Circuit A21 feeds circuit F18 through fuse 9 in the fuse block. Circuit F18 powers the fuel gauge pressure sensor Circuit Z11 provides
ground for the sensor.
Circuit G4 connects the fuel gauge pressure sensor to the fuel gauge in the instrument cluster.
