POSITION OF THE V.I.N.) PRIOR TO 10-6-95 (MDH 10-06-XX).
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
The driver side power seat may have been built with a seat belt buckle that may cause a customer difficulty while trying to latch with one hand.
DIAGNOSIS:
Inspect the driver side power seat belt buckle. If it is P/N 55350128, it should be replaced with P/N 55350129. The part number can be found on the
outside of the buckle just below the statement of conformity to FMVSS 209.

REPAIR PROCEDURE:
Remove and replace the seat belt buckle by referring to the 1996 Ram Truck Service Manual (Publication Number 81-370-6108) page number 23-42.
