PISTON & ROD ASSEMBLY
Assemble piston to rod, be sure the "Front" marking on piston and the numbers on rod and cap are oriented as shown. Pistons do not require heating to
install pin. Position piston and rod into cylinder bore with the word "Front" on piston towards front of cylinder block.

The top surfaces of all rings are identified with the word "Top" or suppliers "Mark." Position rings on piston as shown.
