Front Crankshaft Seal: Description and Operation
FRONT CRANKSHAFT SEAL
The front crankshaft seal is mounted in the front gear cover. A double lipped Teflon seal is used. The sealing surface on the crankshaft must be
clean, dry and free of oil during assembly.
