Condenser HVAC: Description and Operation
The condenser is located in front of the engine cooling radiator. It is a heat exchanger that allows the high-pressure refrigerant gas to give up its heat to
the air passing over the condenser fins. This causes the refrigerant gas to condense into a high-pressure liquid refrigerant.
The condenser is serviced only as an assembly. The condenser cannot be repaired and, if faulty or damaged, it must be replaced.
