Drive Belt: Service and Repair
Removal and Installation
1. Attach a 3/8 inch long-handle ratchet to square hole in automatic belt tensioner, then rotate tensioner assembly counterclockwise (as viewed from
front) until belt tension is relieved.
2. Remove belt from water pump pulley first, then from all other pulleys.
3. Reverse procedure to install.
