Each dealer to whom vehicles in the recall were invoiced (or the current dealer at the same street address) will receive enough coil spring tower
reinforcement packages to service about 25% of those vehicles.
B:
Plastic Rivets
In addition, each vehicle may require up to 18 plastic rivets (P/N 34201631) to attach the right and left wheelhouse liner. Dealers may order rivets as
necessary. A minimum sales quantity of five (5) is required.

Coil Spring Tower - Right or Left Side
Each dealer to whom vehicles in the recall were invoiced (or the current dealer at the same street address) will receive enough coil spring towers to
service about 10% of those vehicles. Very few vehicles are expected to require coil spring tower replacement.
A. Remove Front Axle Coil Springs

Disconnect the negative battery cable(s).
NOTE:
To enhance customer satisfaction, remember to record all radio settings before disconnecting the battery and to reset all electronic memory (clock,
radio settings, etc.) when you have completed the service procedure.
2.
On diesel equipped vehicles, remove the air cleaner assembly.
