SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Mug Holder may rattle in the closed position while driving over rough roads.
DIAGNOSIS:
Road test the vehicle over rough roads with the mug holder closed. If the rattles are present, open the mug holder. If the rattles stop with the mug holder
open, perform the repair procedure.

Foam Block
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves installing a foam block on the mug holder.
1.
Remove the two screws securing the mug holder to the instrument panel and remove the mug holder.
2.
Install the foam block as shown by removing the adhesive protector from the block and applying the block to the mug holder.
3.
Install the mug holder and two attaching screws.
