Tachometer: Description and Operation
The tachometer module in the instrument cluster operates the tachometer. The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) supplies the signal for the tachometer
on circuit G21. Circuit G21 connects to cavity 43 of the PCM.
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) signals the tachometer on circuit G21. The PCM provides engine speed information to the tachometer. Circuit
F14 from the fuse block provides voltage for the tachometer. Circuit Z11 provides ground for the tachometer.
