Low Ride Height - 8800 GVW Cab Chassis

THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO 2500 SERIES CAB CHASSIS VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH 8800 GVW LOAD CAPACITY (SALES CODE
XBC).

MODELS:

1994 (BR) Ram Truck

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

The vehicle may appear low at the rear when loaded near the GVW.

DIAGNOSIS:

Inspect the vehicle when loaded. If the vehicle is low in the rear, perform the repair procedure.

PARTS REQUIRED:

REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This bulletin involves replacing the shock absorbers and rear leaf springs.

1.

Using proper procedures, remove and replace the front shock absorbers with the parts selected from the Parts Required section.

2.

Using proper procedures, remove and replace the rear shock absorbers and rear springs with the parts selected from the Parts Required section.

POLICY:
Reimbursable within the provisions of the warranty.
