2500 4x4 Pickup V8-5.2L CNG VIN T (1996)
Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain cooling system.
2. Disconnect throttle cable, then remove hose clamps and hoses.
3. Remove overflow tank hose from filler neck nipple.
4. Remove overflow tank from fan shroud T-slots.
5. Disconnect windshield washer reservoir tank electrical connectors, then remover tank.
6. On vehicles equipped with automatic transmission, disconnect oil cooler lines.
7. Remove four fan shroud mounting bolts and move shroud to rear.
8. Remove rubber side shield retaining clips and move shields to sides.
9. Remove two upper mounting bolts, then lift radiator up and remove.
10. Reverse procedure to install.
