Idler Pulley: Service and Repair
Fan Pulley
Remove the fan. The thermatic fan housing is threaded onto the fan drive pulley, with left hand threads. Turn the 36mm nut clockwise (as viewed from
the front) to loosen.
Remove the fan belt. Remove the six capscrews and replace the fan pulley.
Torque Value: 9 N-m [7 ft-lbs]
