Radiator: Service and Repair
1. Disconnect battery ground cable, then drain cooling system.
2. Disconnect throttle cable, then remove hose clamps and hoses.
3. Remove overflow tank hose from filler neck nipple.
4. Disconnect windshield washer reservoir tank electrical connectors, then remover tank.
5. On equipped with automatic transmission, disconnect oil cooler lines.
6. Remove four fan shroud mounting bolts and move shroud to rear.
7. Remove two upper mounting bolts, then lift radiator up and remove.
8. Reverse procedure to install.
