Install the provided intake manifold gaskets. Be sure that the locator pins are properly positioned and the gasket openings align with the cylinder
head passages (Figure 6).

Peel the protective paper backing from the provided end seals and press them firmly on to the block (blue -- rear, brown -- front). Align the slots in
the end seals with the notches in the intake manifold gaskets (Figure 7).

Apply Mopar Silicone Rubber Adhesive Sealant, PIN 4318025 or equivalent, into the four corner pockets. Fill the pocket only. Do not overfill.
IMPORTANT:
The lower intake manifold must be installed within 3 minutes of sealant application.

Carefully install the lower intake manifold. After the manifold is in place, inspect to make sure seals and gaskets are still properly positioned, then
finger start all lower manifold bolts.
