Caution:

The fuel system is under a constant pressure. Before proceeding with this repair, be sure to release the pressure by performing the fuel
system pressure release procedure per the appropriate service manual instructions.

Remove and discard the return hose clamp and disconnect return hose from the pressure regulator.

Remove and discard the vacuum line routed to the regulator.

Loosen regulator to fuel rail hose clamp at fuel rail.
