Fuel Pressure Release: Service and Repair
WARNING: When removing the fuel pipe, hose, etc., since fuel pressure in the fuel pipe line is high, do the following operation so as to release
fuel pressure in the line and prevent fuel from running out.
1. Remove the rear seat cushion.
2. Remove the protector to disconnect the fuel pump connector.
3. Start the engine and let it run until it stops naturally, turn the ignition switch to OFF.
4. Connect the fuel pump connector to install the protector.
5. Install the rear seat cushion.
