Brake Fluid Pump Relay: Testing and Inspection

1. Remove splash shield.
2. Remove relay box mounting bolts.
3. Insert tip of screwdriver into space between hydraulic unit and relay box cover and open tab, then remove cover.
4. Remove all relays from relay box and check continuity between terminals when power is not supplied and when power is supplied.

5. Refer to motor relay terminal identification, then to motor relay inspection.

6. Refer to valve relay terminal identification, then to valve relay inspection.
7. If results of continuity checks are not as specified, replace relay.
