Seat Cushion Pan - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Remove seat from vehicle.See: Service and Repair/Seat - Removal.
2. Remove the seat back from the seat frame. See: Seat Back/Service and Repair/Seats, Front Sedan/Front Seat Back Recliner - Removal.
3. Disconnect the heated seat connector, if equipped.
4. Remove the seat wiring harness from the seat pan.
5. Remove four seat pan fasteners (1).
6. Remove the seat pan from the seat adjuster.

Seat Cushion Pan - Installation

INSTALLATION

1. Set the seat cushion pan into place on the seat frame.
2. Install the wire harness to the seat pan.
3. Connect the heated seat connector, if equipped.
4. Install the seat pan cushion fasteners (1). Tighten to 11 Nm (8 ft.lbs.).

6. Install the seat into the vehicle.See: Service and Repair/Seat - Installation
