2. Specification - clearance = change.
3. Decrease tappet thickness by change figure.
4. Install camshafts See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Camshaft, Lifters and Push Rods/Camshaft/Service and Repair/Removal and

Replacement/Camshaft - Installation.

5. Verify that valve lash is correct.

Clearance too Large

2. Clearance - specification = change.
3. Increase tappet thickness by change figure.

5. Verify that valve lash is correct.
