Rear Suspension - Knuckle - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Position the knuckle (1) on the upper and lower control arm, and the toe link.
2. Install the bolt and nut (2) securing the upper control arm to the knuckle. Do not tighten the mounting bolt nut at this time.
3. Install the bolt and nut (4) securing the lower control arm to the knuckle. Do not tighten the mounting bolt nut at this time.
4. Install the bolt and nut (3) securing the toe link to the knuckle. Do not tighten the mounting bolt nut at this time.
5. Install the three bolts (3) securing the trailing link (1) to the knuckle (2). Tighten the mounting bolts to 60 Nm (44 ft. lbs.).
6. Install the hub and bearing, then the brake rotor or brake drum over the hub and bearing. See: Wheel Bearing/Service and Repair/Rear Hub and
