Rear Door Exterior Handle - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Remove trim panel See: Rear Door Panel/Description and Operation/Rear Door Trim Panel - Removal.
2. Move glass to full up position.
3. Remove the carrier plate access cover in the rear part of the carrier plate, insert hand into opening and disengage clip holding linkage to outside

handle.

4. Remove bolts (1) holding outside handle (2) to outer door panel.
5. Remove outside door handle (2) from door.
