Avenger V6-2.7L (2008)
10. Install windage tray. Lubricate bolts with engine oil and tighten to 27 Nm + 1/4 Turn (20 ft. lbs. + 1/4 turn).
11. Install the main cap tie (horizontal) bolts and tighten to 28 Nm (250 in. lbs.).
12. Install rear crankshaft oil seal retainer and oil seal See: Crankshaft Seal Retainer/Service and Repair/Crankshaft Rear Oil Seal Retainer -

13. Install oil pump assembly See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Pump/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine Oil Pump - Installation.
14. Install crankshaft sprocket See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Timing Chain & Sprockets - Installation.
15. Install timing chain See: Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Timing Chain & Sprockets - Installation.
16. Install timing chain cover See: Timing Components/Timing Cover/Service and Repair/Timing Cover - Installation.
17. Install cylinder head covers See: Cylinder Head Assembly/Valve Cover/Service and Repair/Cylinder Head Cover - Installation.
18. Install idler pulley bracket for accessory drive belt.
19. Install oil pick-up tube and O-ring.
20. Install oil pan and oil filter See: Engine Lubrication/Oil Pan/Service and Repair/Engine Oil Pan - Installation.
21. Install oil dipstick tube.
22. Install engine assembly See: Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine - Installation.
23. Fill engine crankcase with proper oil to correct level See: Engine Lubrication/Engine Oil/Service and Repair.
