Fuel Level Sensor: Service and Repair
Fuel Pump Module - Removal

REMOVAL

1. Use a marker and place a mark (4) across the position of the fuel pump module lock ring and fuel pump module (1) prior to removal.
2. Release fuel pressure from the fuel system, See: Fuel Delivery and Air Induction/Fuel Filter/Fuel Pressure Release/Service and Repair.
3. Disconnect electrical connector (2) from fuel pump module (1).
4. Remove fuel line (3) from fuel pump module (1).

5. Remove fuel pump module lock using special tool 9340.
