Avenger V6-2.7L (2008)
1. Remove rear seat cushion See: Body and Frame/Seats/Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Seat Cushion - Removal.
2. Remove bolt (4) attaching seat belt anchor to floor pan.
3. Remove upper and lower quarter trim panel See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Lower Quarter Trim
Panel/Lower Quarter Trim - Removal.
4. Feed seat belt webbing through upper quarter trim panel (3).
5. Remove turning loop bolt (2) to quarter upper panel (1).
6. Remove bolt (5) attaching rear seat belt retractor (6) to inner quarter panel (1).
7. Remove retractor and belt (6) from vehicle.
Rear Seat Belt Retractor - Installation
INSTALLATION
1. Place retractor and belt (6) into position in quarter panel (1).
2. Install bolt (5) and tighten bolt to 52 Nm (38.5 ft. lbs.).
3. Route seat belt webbing through upper trim panel.
4. Install bolt attaching turning loop (2) to quarter panel (1). Tighten bolt to 52 Nm (38.5 ft. lbs.).
5. Install lower quarter trim panels See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Trim Panel/Service and Repair/Lower Quarter Trim Panel/Lower
Quarter Trim - Installation.
6. Install bolt (4) attaching seat belt anchor to floor pan. Tighten bolt to 100 Nm (74 ft. lbs.).
7. Install rear seat cushion See: Body and Frame/Seats/Seat Cushion/Service and Repair/Seat Cushion - Installation.
