Avenger V6-2.7L Flex Fuel (2009)
1. Clean all sealing surfaces.
2. Install water pump (1) and gasket. Tighten mounting bolts to 12 Nm (105 in. lbs.).
3. Install timing chain guides and timing chain See: Engine/Timing Components/Timing Chain/Service and Repair/Timing Chain & Sprockets -
Installation.
4. Install the accessory drive belts See: Engine/Drive Belts, Mounts, Brackets and Accessories/Drive Belt/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Serpentine Accessory Drive Belt - Installation.
5. Install the radiator fan assembly See: Radiator Cooling Fan/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Cooling Fan - Installation.
6. Evacuate air and refill cooling system.See: Procedures/Water Pump - Coolant Air Evacuation
7. Check cooling system for leaks. See: Service and Repair
