Fuel Rail Attaching Bolts

4.

Push right fuel rail down until all right side injectors are fully seated. Push left fuel rail down until all left side injectors are fully seated.

5.

Install fuel rail mounting bolts (4) and torque to 200 lb-in (22.5 Nm)

6.

Install canister purge solenoid and tighten mounting nut.

7.

Connect fuel injector wiring, (factory harness is numbered for identification).

8.

Install A/C compressor to intake manifold support bracket, if equipped.

9.

Install throttle body.

10.

Connect vacuum line to fuel pressure regulator.

11.

Connect the Quick-Connect fuel fittings to the chassis tubes. Push the fittings until they make a "click" noise. Pull on the fittings to make sure that
they are securely locked into place.

12.

Install air cleaner, connect negative battery cable.

13.

Start engine and check for leaks.
