Attach the service jumper to the RWAL valve 4-way connector.

Route the jumper harness through the clip for the existing harness located near the left wheel house. Then route it along the main harness to the
bulkhead. Use tie straps periodically along the main harness to secure the jumper harness.

Locate the ground wire (black wire with eyelet) in the jumper harness and route it along the main harness to the existing ground screw near the
starter relay.
9.
Attach the new jumper harness ground wire (black wire with eyelet) along with the existing ground wire to the bulkhead using the existing screw.
10.
From under the hood, measure two inches to the right of the top right hand corner of the bulkhead connector and drill a 1/2 inch diameter hole
through the bulkhead see Figure 1. MAKE SURE THE AREA YOU ARE DRILLING IN IS FREE OF ANY OBSTRUCTIONS, WIRES,
COMPONENTS, ETC.

From underneath the hood, feed the jumper harness wires through the hole and secure the grommet in the bulkhead.
12.
While under the hood, disconnect the 50-way bulkhead connector. (Loosen the screw and pull the 50-way bulkhead apart).

Still under the hood, remove the required locking wedge(s) from the instrument panel side of the bulkhead connector cavities # 3, # 4, and # 14 see
Figure 1.

Remove the wire terminals from the instrument panel side of the 50-way bulkhead connector cavities # 3, # 4, and # 14 as indicated in Figure 1.
15.
Match the four unique locking wedges with the four unique insulators (connectors) supplied in kit prior to connector assembly, this will insure
correct connector/wedge match up.

In the passenger compartment insert the wire terminals from the jumper harness supplied in the kit into the correct insulator and insulator cavity.
Lock in place using the matched locking wedges from step 14. NOTE: Female insulators (connectors) must match with the male terminal on the
jumper harness (See Figure 2).
17.
While in the passenger compartment, route the jumper harness wires above the hood release cable.
