Throttle Cable Attachment To Throttle Body
1.
From the engine compartment, install the cable housing end-fitting into the cable mounting bracket so that the end-fitting tabs snap into place.
2.
Insert the throttle cable T-slug into the throttle lever cam and insert the retaining clip.
3.
Push the remaining cable housing end-fitting through the throttle cable routing bracket, then through the grommet in the firewall.
Accelerator Pedal Removal/Installation
4.
From inside the vehicle, pull the cable housing end fitting through the firewall grommet and insert the housing retainer clip.
5.
Install the ball end of the throttle cable through the upper end of the accelerator pedal shaft.
6.
Install the plastic throttle cable retainer.
