NOTE:
THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH FACTORY INSTALLED REAR BENCH SEATS.
SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
Squawk noise from rear seat anchor.
DIAGNOSIS:
Drive vehicle over a moderately rough road or over bump. If squawk/squeak is heard from rear bench seats, perform the following repair.

Stabilizer - Seat Anchor
REPAIR PROCEDURE:
This bulletin involves the addition of a stabilizer to the seat anchor in the floor pan.
1.
Remove the seat or seats according to the directions in the appropriate Ram Van/Wagon Owners Manual.
2.
Remove the two screws in each escutcheon, set screws and escutcheon aside.
3.
Spray two seat anchor stabilizers with Mopar silicone spray lube, P/N 4318070, for each rear seat. It is only necessary to insert the stabilizer in the
two rear seat anchors for each rear seat.
4.
Insert a long screw driver in the center of the stabilizer as shown in Figure 1. Push stabilizer into opening in floor pan with opening facing
upwards. Stabilizer should stop with "L" shaped ridge under the seat anchor pin.
