Drill 5/16" holes in the inside of both front door openings (A Pillars), 1-1/2" above the top of the fender extensions (see Figure 2).

Fill the inner sections of the A Pillars with aerosol foam. Allow the foam to expand and dry. Trim any excess material.

Remove the windshield wiper arms and cowl screen.
5.
Seal the lower windshield flange with 1/4" rope caulk. This can be done by reaching through the openings in the cowl (see Figure 3).
6.
Place a shop rag in the joint between the top of the fender extension and the windshield post as shown in Figure 4. This will prevent foam from
seeping through the opening and staining the paint.
7.
Apply aerosol foam the area beneath the top of the fender extension as shown.
Clean any excess material.
8.
Install the cowl screen and wipers.
