SYMPTOM/CONDITION
Poor fuel economy, long crank times, and black smoke coming from the exhaust when starting a cool (not cold) engine. This symptom will be more
pronounced when the ambient temperature is below 60~ F.
This hard start condition is caused by the choke closing while the engine is still hot. This causes the engine to run rich.
