Headliners

Headliner-to-Header Panel/Roof Bow Attachments

Ram Van and Wagon headliners are comprised of three sections. The headliner sections and the trim mouldings/panels are attached to the front/ rear
header panels and the roof bows (crossmembers) with screws. The headliner sections are attached to the side roof panels with clips.

To remove a headliner, all of the overlapping and interfering trim mouldings/panels must be removed along with (as applicable):

- dome/cargo lamp,
- map/reading lamp,
- sunvisors,
- coat hanger hook,
- assist handle, and
- any other overlapping and/or interfering attached component.

CAUTION:  Headliners are molded hard-board. They have limited flexibility and must not be bent during removal/installation because, otherwise,
permanent damage possibly will result.
